The Global Approach – The Key to Master One's Anxiety Disorders

Conceived as a tool of self knowledge for the mutual aid groups, this workshop explains in a clear and wholehearted style the basic emotions of the cognitive-behavioral approach.

It includes numerous questions and self-assessment grids that will help the anxious person to modify the thoughts at the source of the anxiety.

Two problem solving methods to curb the causes of anxiety are also to be found.

The Global Approach proposes to heal the body and spirit. The basis for good life hygiene and a survey of the Alternative Approach relaxation methods.

Mastering One's Emotions

This workshop will help the anxious person into better understanding his emotions.

He will learn what is his reason of being, which will help him to better accept them, and will discover the influence of perception on one's emotions.

In this workshop, the main emotions are approached chapter by chapter. We also find useful tips to express one's emotions in a more constructive fashion.

This practical workshop for anxious people explains the communication mechanisms and the beneficial effects of self-affirmation.

Through a series of reflection, exercises, role-plays and self-assessment grids, we lead you to adopt methods of communication that are sounder.

Amongst other things, we learn how to make a request, get criticized or impose a refusal through affirmative and non-violent methods.

Cultivate One's Self-Esteem

Through its numerous evaluation grids, this workshop offers a group of techniques and varied approaches that will help the anxious person to know himself better, to identify the values that enhance or reduce self-esteem and to better accept himself.

Every one will determine what influence his parents, his models and his social milieu had on his self-esteem. We will also learn the importance of having one's limits respected, to act to increase one's self-esteem and to be responsible of one's actions.

Cognitive-behavioral program to manage anxiety among teenagers.

Adapted in an accessible style and full of fun games, this practical workshop includes many exercises that will help the teenager to better understand and master his anxiety.
